📦 Installation

  1. Download the divi-blog-pro.zip file from your purchase
  2. Go to Plugins → Add Plugin → Upload Plugin
  3. Choose the zip file, click Install Now, then Activate
  4. Make sure the Divi theme (or Extra / Divi Builder plugin) is active — Divi 5 is required

After activation you will find a new Blog Pro module in the Divi Visual Builder and a settings page under Divi Solution → Blog Pro.

Archive Layouts

Replace default WordPress archive pages with your own Divi Library layout:

  • Category Archives: Pages like /category/news/
  • Tag Archives: Pages like /tag/travel/
  • Custom Taxonomy Archives: e.g. Divi project categories
  • Author Archives: Pages like /author/jane/
  • Date Archives: Monthly and yearly archives

For each archive type you can set:

  5. Visit any matching archive page — it now uses your design with working AJAX pagination

If a selected layout is missing, unpublished or deleted, the archive safely falls back to the default theme template — your site never breaks.

No — Divi Blog Pro is built natively for Divi 5 and requires the Divi 5 Visual Builder.

Will pagination and filtering work on my archive pages?

Yes. When your library layout uses a Blog Pro module, AJAX pagination, filtering and search all work on the overridden archive pages, scoped to that page's own posts.

Can I show different layouts for different categories?

Each archive type uses one layout. Inside a page, however, you can add as many Blog Pro modules as you like, each with its own layout and query.

Does it slow my site down?

No. Assets load only where the module is used, post loading is AJAX-based, and no external services are called.

Where does the reading time come from?

The plugin counts the words in each post and divides by the Words Per Minute value from the settings page, rounding up to the next minute.

What happens if I deactivate the plugin?

Your posts are untouched — they are normal WordPress posts. Archive pages return to the default theme templates and pages using the module simply stop rendering it until you reactivate.
